Adaeze Balogun serves as the Managing Partner of XcedeHR, with over 21 years of strategic and tactical experience. Her specifics covers the entire human resources management value chain, HR advisory services, operational leadership, resource utilization, and organizational development.

 

Adaeze holds a B.A. second class upper (Hons) degree in Sociology from the University of Kent, Canterbury United Kingdom. She is also certified in the design and implementation of Assessment & Development Centers.

 

With over 21 years’ experience, she has deep competence in Consulting, Banking and hands-on Human Resources Management. Her specific experience covers the entire human resource management value chain, HR advisory services, operational leadership, resource utilization, and organizational development in highly decentralized organizations, coaching & counselling, change management and core banking operations.

 

Adaeze was the Head of the HR function in Cornerstone Insurance Plc. Before this role, she was the Head of HR management function in KPMG Professional Service, Nigeria. She also worked at Ecobank Plc, and many other multinational organizations in consulting and permanent roles.

Apart from core banking and generalist HR experience, Adaeze also possesses deep skills in innovative training and development with extensive experience in the design, delivery, evaluation and enhancement of effective instructional programs and management assessment models.

 

Adaeze is a very articulate and effective communicator with excellent team –building and interpersonal skills. She is a value add resource person, problem solver and creative leader with rare skills in streamlining operations, developing and implementing organizational solutions and applying overall human resources expertise to bring about the accomplishment of strategic goals.

Her experience covers a wide range of industries, including consulting,training for financial institutions , oil and gas, manufacturing, telecommunications, hospitality and insurance.
